Alkis Skouras

Alkis was born in Lucerne, Switzerland in 1978. He graduated in 2001 from the University of Greenwich, London, having completed his studies in civil engineering, and with a master's degree in project management. He has been a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece since 2003. From 2003 to 2017, he worked for well-known construction companies in the areas of public works, development and project management.
Alkis has been involved with dozens of building projects, including the construction of more than 100 luxury residences, construction of office spaces, metal-frame buildings, and has collaborated with the major architectural firms of Athens.
In 2017, he founded ASK Construction Management, based in Glyfada. As the CEO of the company, Alkis has built an extensive network of specialized partners to provide integrated services for the management, coordination and execution of construction projects, as well as technical consultancy services for companies, public entities and private individuals.

Associates

Mania Grigorakis

Mania studied architecture at the National Technical University of Athens and has been working as an architect engineer since 1991. Operating through her own architectural office, she acquired many years of experience in developing contemporary homes with particular emphasis on technical solutions, functionality, aesthetics, sustainability and the optimization of the surrounding area. Mania is committed to creating spaces for her clients that are uniquely their own. She is an expert in legal issues and building regulations. Mania has undertaken more than 30 residential projects, both new buildings and reconstructions, mainly around the wider region of Attica but with a particular focus along the beach front. She has collaborated with major engineering firms on upscale residential complexes in Voula, Glyfada, Varkiza, Elliniko, Faliro and Chalandri. Mania has also distinguished herself in pan-Hellenic architectural competitions, winning prizes and honors.

Panagiotis Beskos

Panagiotis graduated in 1996 from the Department of Electrical Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens, and since then has been working in residential construction, mainly in the southern suburbs of Athens. From the start of his career, he has also been involved with the drafting of technical studies for electromechanical installations. He has participated in the design and construction of several particularly complex facilities and has collaborated with the largest architectural firms in Athens. Panagiotis has extensive experience in studying the energy efficiency of buildings, helping to advise on the selection of appropriate HVAC and renewable energy systems to maximize savings and ensure the efficient operation of buildings.

Polychronis Roussakis

Polychronis graduated with a degree in civil engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and has been working as a structural engineer since 1990. He has years of experience working on major projects for the Hellenic Telecommunications Organization (OTE), the Athens Metro, Egnatia Odos and the new Acropolis Museum, among others. As a structural engineer, he has been engaged with building safety, both commercial and residential, for more than 30 years. For the last two decades he has also been working as a building consultant, specializing in the statics of large construction projects.

Manolis Avgoustis

Manolis is a 1995 graduate from the Structural Engineering Department of the Technological Educational Institute of Piraeus and a member of the Professional & Scientific Association of Technological Education of Engineers (E.E.T.E.M) since 1997. In May 2012, he obtained certification as a building energy inspector. His work focus is on the issuance of building permits for any type of construction – residential, commercial or industrial.
